Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Your time is valuable, and so is mine! If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value, charged to the card on file. For cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows, the full service amount will be charged. I appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out before booking.

 

Saved Payment Method:

For your convenience and security, all payment methods are securely stored on file through my POS system, which uses Stripe—the world’s leading secure and PCI-compliant online payment processor.

 

Service Adjustment Policy:

My goal is for you to leave 100% in love with your look. If something isn’t quite right, please let me know within 7 days, and I’ll happily make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

 

Product Return Policy:

If a product isn’t working out for you, I’ve got you covered. You can return a lightly used product at your next appointment. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your concerns.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy:

Your privacy is my priority. All conversations and client information are kept confidential and secure. Rest assured, your details will never be shared or sold to outside companies.
